Hi, I’m Alethea Gard’ner

I began my professional work in forensics, supporting individuals navigating capital cases, felony charges, and specialized treatment courts. These experiences taught me something profound: every person has the capacity for change.

After relocating to the Bay Area in 2015, I established my private practice to work with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and loss. I believe wholeheartedly in your resilience and ability to meet life’s challenges with courage and clarity.

It is a privilege to witness the inner strength that emerges when people feel supported, seen, and empowered. My role is to guide you as you gain insight, build resources, and make intentional choices about how you want to live. Our work together is always personalized, grounded in curiosity, and centered on your long-term wellbeing.
